Il Terzo Tempo – Modern Taverna is a cozy place where everything is based on a menu printed on an A4 sheet of paper, which at first look could not give confidence, but then turns out to be incredibly rich in traditional Piedmontese dishes. These are cooked with great skill while maintaining the traditional spirit, without being heavy-handed.
