Il sistema di connessione delle attrezzature alla piattaforma BaronCloud permette un controllo continuo in ogni momento della giornata del funzionamento delle attrezzature, con il monitoraggio di tutti i parametri in Real Time comodamente da remoto da pc, tablet o smartphone direttamente dal browser. Monitorando il funzionamento e l’utilizzo delle attrezzature, sarà possibile valutare l’efficienza dell’organizzazione in cucina. Di conseguenza sarà più facile correggere le inefficienze e ottimizzare i guadagni. Tutti i dati raccolti da BaronCloud vengono messi a disposizione e resi visibili nel portale BaronControl, il sistema che ti permetterà di svoltare nella gestione del tuo business.

I clienti/utenti possono monitorare da remoto lo stato delle proprie attrezzature e modificare i parametri di funzionamento. Dal portale on-line Sarà facile immettere anche nuove ricette e modificare quelle già esistenti.

Real time

Verifica in tempo reale lo stato di funzionamento della macchina, e dei parametri tecnici “data point” di funzionamento, sarà così possibile visualizzare graficamente il periodo di attività e di lavoro.

Notifiche

In caso di malfunzionamenti o cambi di stato utili per la gestione, la macchina invierà agli utenti preposti messaggi di avviso o allerta, nonché richieste di intervento se preimpostate.

Dashboard Big-Data

L’archiviazione di tutti i dati di funzionamento, agevola lo sviluppo di analisi costruttive per il risparmio energetico, e della qualità dei cibi, inoltre si potrà auto certificare il processo di trasformazione degli alimenti, es. allegando HACCP.

Old APP

By this improvement , the  use of the previous APP, dedicated to the reserved area services, become obsolete.   For this reason the App will be discontinued and will be no longer available.
