Since May 7th, 2026, Royal Óbido has welcomed Osteria Verdi, a new restaurant that celebrates authentic Italian cuisine through quality ingredients, tradition, and conviviality.

Leading this gastronomic project there are the executive chef Frédéric Breitenbucher and resident chef João Nuno Silva.

Overlooking the golf course and the lagoon of Óbidos, Osteria Verdi has 50 interior seats, 60 on the terrace and an exclusive counter with a beautiful Baron Professional open kitchen for 10 guests, who can watch the preparation of the house’s specialties.
