Jonathan and his father John own Seymour House Day Nursery School, a building of 24 Nursery Schools located in Essex (London) and the surrounding area.
Instead of cooking in each schools, they decided to do everything in one unique hub “Central Production Unit” so that they could control quality, nutritional values and costs for all their schools.
