Chef See is the promoter of a new project: The Study By Enderun, the first ‘incubator‘, representing the concept of collaboration applied to the culinary art.
In addition to his well-known education, Chef See has more than 20 years of experience in the field of worldwide high- cuisine, including work experience at the Kempinski Hotel and the Traders Hotel in China, as well as at the Bahnhof Buffet SBB Basel in Switzerland, among many others.
In the Philippines, Chef See led the business in the kitchens of the Edsa Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency Manila and Tagaytay Highlands. A true 100% international citizen.
The Study by Enderun is a centre for collaboration and co-learning developed by the Enderun Colleges.
Our vision for The Study is to be a hub for innovation, both in terms of the educational aspect and the production aspect. This includes having an ‘incubator’ space that helps and supports budding young entrepreneurs.
Enderun chose the Queen kitchen from Baron Professional as the most innovative catering equipment with the aim of perfect service while optimising space and performances.
