A new kitchen highly performing, traditional and at the same time modern, which replies to the kitchen team’s needs.
The project and the installation, prepared and realized by the historical Baron’s partner in Switzerland, Morosoli , replies to the wide demand of first courses thanks to the two classical pasta cookers and to the 4 zones inductions. In the area reserved to the second courses, excels the Super Frytop that with its independent cooking plate grants an optimal warmth concentration, avoiding warmth lost and optimizing the consumptions.
A realization that, in a small space, fully expresses the high capacity and great potential of Baron equipment.
