The nursing home for the elderly, opened in December 2025, is a residential facility managed by a private non-profit institution founded in 1862. The 4-stages building offers health and social care, with nursing, medical, psychological, and physical activity services. The project included the construction of the building and the installation of the kitchen, cold storage and laundry areas.
RIM – the construction engineering company that carried out the project, developed the kitchen and food warehouse area together with the historic trusted partnership between Baron Professional and FN HOTELARIA.Â
