The double gas solid top, offers operational versatility and cooking uniformity, ideal for managing large volumes without sacrificing control. The spacious bain maries,Ā  integrated into the block, allows to keep sauces and preparations at the right temperature with independent regulation, while the classic gas range, with high-efficiency burners and enameled cast iron grills, guarantees power, resistance and precision in flame modulation.
