Professional Gas Fryers: AISI 18/10 stainless steel tanks with a cold zone and foam expansion area. Equipped with oil drain taps and a safety thermostat (230°C) to prevent excessive oil overheating. Gas version: Heating via an external stainless steel burner (also available in a single-tank model with an in-tank burner). Oil temperature controlled by a mechanical thermostat, adjustable from 100 to 185°C.
