Rounded corners and beveled top edge for a size of 83x66 cm with a thickness of 1.8 cm and height flush with the plane. 4 independent 4 kW cooking zones, with a size of 41x32 cm. Temperature controlled with thermostatic regulation from 50 to 400 °C. Equipment equipped with large perimeter duct, drainage hole and liquid collection drawer.
