BAIN MARIES
The power installed for electric water baths, ensures rapid set-up of the equipment and maintenance of the chosen operating temperature.
The basin is designed to hold Gastro Norm bowls up to a depth of 150 mm and is sloped toward the front to allow proper water discharge through the drain cock on the front of the machine.
The 'equipment is equipped with a safety thermostat, adhesive heating elements and indicator light to signal heating activity.
The temperature is adjustable by thermostatic control from 30 to 90°C.
