Frades ā€“ Milano is the latest project of the three Sardinian brothers, willing to export the finest regional ingredients, theirĀ hospitalityĀ and their cuisineĀ philosophyĀ in the heart of Milan.

TheĀ conceptĀ proposed is the same as the two venues in Porto Cervo, with a wide variety of products and wines showcased in the smallĀ shop, the fresh specialties such as cured meats and cheeses served from theĀ counter, theĀ laboratory of fresh pasta, in order to offer the highest quality of our production, newĀ mixologyĀ proposals, characterized by unique pairings with liqueurs and spirits from the island, and finally the kitchen serving a new idea of SardinianĀ cuisine.

The new location is inspired by the Costa Smeraldaā€™s architectures and itā€™s designed to welcome guests anytime to enjoy aĀ light lunch, the popular FradesĀ aperitifĀ with a selection ofĀ Sardinian tapas, or a gourmetĀ dinner.

SEDICESIMO SECOLO

Nellā€™aprile 2016, con Liana Genini – sua compagna e maĆ®tre e sommelier – apre il Sedicesimo Secolo. La suaĀ cucina contemporanea e raffinata, cadenzata da sapori decisi ma mai invasivi, gli valgono nel 2019 lā€™ingresso nel novero deiĀ ristoranti stellati della Guida Michelin.

Breda ha sceltoĀ BaronĀ inserendo un bloccoĀ cottura Queen 90Ā con fry-top, cucina a gas cuocipasta, tuttapiastra.Ā Uno spazio ben attrezzato e tecnicamente perfetto lascia il talento di uno chef libero di esprimersi.
