The story of two young boys, Eduardo and Ermitas who in 1985 opened a small hamburgheria in the Ultramar district of Ferrol. 

A shared passion that leads them to evolve and to follow the lifestyles that have followed over the years. 

Adapting to the needs of the new generations, the kitchen has delayed its closing time  and the diversity of the demands of their customers has expanded the varied offer of their menu.

Everything inside Eder is fast  and dynamic but at the same time it respect an ordered service for its customers. 

Dynamism is the keyword of this restaurant that has seen the development of the kitchen through a trusted partner and great professionalism, such as Grupo Roig. 

Baron perfectly meets the needs of this everyday life with the use of three smooth plate frytops, two deep fryers and a 4-burner gas stove
