COMPACT AND FUNCTIONAL PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN

The kitchen, although small and compact, has been designed to guarantee efficiency and versatility in the preparation of quick dishes, even in large quantities. Equipped with two professional fryers that allow quick cooking of quality fried foods, can confide in the performances of an induction hob with four zones, which ensures precise temperature management and uniform cooking.

Under the induction hob there is an excellent static oven with a remote inductor system, ideal not only for daily preparations, but also for traditional dishes of English cuisine, such as meat pie, roast beef, Yorkshire pudding and casseroles. The organization of spaces and equipment allows  to work quickly, safely and effectively, making this kitchen suitable for both fast services and more complex production.
