A restaurant in the ancient heart of Rome a stone’s throw from St. Pietro Square where you can taste traditional Roman and Italian dishes.
Bottega Vittoria restaurant developed from an existing project with an expansion that led to a service of about 150 seats in a very tourist area, Piazza Risorgimento, a stone’s throw from the Vatican. The bar service has been joined by the restaurant with meat and pizzeria.

Nell’aprile 2016, con Liana Genini – sua compagna e maître e sommelier – apre il Sedicesimo Secolo. La sua cucina contemporanea e raffinata, cadenzata da sapori decisi ma mai invasivi, gli valgono nel 2019 l’ingresso nel novero dei ristoranti stellati della Guida Michelin.
Breda ha scelto Baron inserendo un blocco cottura Queen 90 con fry-top, cucina a gas cuocipasta, tuttapiastra. Uno spazio ben attrezzato e tecnicamente perfetto lascia il talento di uno chef libero di esprimersi.
