Bistro Restaurant
In the centre of Rome, not far from Villa Borghese, this bistro restaurant sets out to offer a fast and quality restaurant service.
Given the dual personality of bar and restaurant, our customers come in two types: those looking for a good blend of coffee to buy as a distributor and an end customer who wants to try it out, tasting fresh and ready-to-eat local products. A type that identifies with people such as managers, people travelling for work who don’t want to forgo quality while travelling.

Nell’aprile 2016, con Liana Genini – sua compagna e maître e sommelier – apre il Sedicesimo Secolo. La sua cucina contemporanea e raffinata, cadenzata da sapori decisi ma mai invasivi, gli valgono nel 2019 l’ingresso nel novero dei ristoranti stellati della Guida Michelin.
