The Contact grill is equipped with a group of AISI 304 electric heating elements powered by an oval section for direct cooking. GN 1/1 pan for the 400 model and GN 2/1 pan for the 800 model with humidifier function and removable grease collection for cleaning operations. Temperature controlled by energy controller. The heating element assembly is mounted on a tilting stand, held in the working or cleaning position by a locking pin. The cleaning of the firing surface is done by pyrolysis effect with the help of a rake appropriately shaped to the geometry of the heating elements.
