The Target Smart blast chiller's Touch control is Polaris' exclusive interface, designed to be intuitive and practical. Simple to use, it enables quick and precise management of each cycle, optimizing work in the kitchen.

Chamber temperature range: -35/+85 °C. A true cooking center, blast chilling, deep freezing, maintaining, reheating, or cooking are just some of the functions that Targe Smart 85 can offer.

This tray rack is designed to accommodate both GN 1/1 and Euronorm trays, offering uncompromising operational versatility. Thanks to its multiple positioning levels, users can optimize interior space based on the load and type of food.

1-point core probe for precise control of internal temperature, ensuring maximum food safety in blast chilling and freezing cycles. Heated for easy extraction without damaging the product, it is integrated into the door for convenient and immediate use.

Target Easy's control integrates a system for automatic HACCP data recording, ensuring continuous cycle monitoring and temperature tracking. All data can be easily downloaded via USB port.

The USB port, included as standard, enables quick and secure operation management, supporting firmware updates, as well as the import and export of parameters, recipes, languages, and HACCP data.

The cooling system is designed and sized to ensure maximum efficiency even under the most demanding operating conditions. It provides uniform temperature distribution throughout the chamber, facilitating rapid and even cooling.

In the cell bottom there is a practical drain with a plug, specially designed to facilitate daily cleaning operations. This solution allows for effective drainage of liquids, helping to maintain high standards of hygiene inside the cell.
