Designed for any requirement, they feature a compact technical compartment and an easily removable refrigerating unit. However, they guarantee maximum reliability thanks to the foam evaporator in the cell with automatic dissipation of defrosting water and an automatic ventilation system for even internal temperature, that ensure you a high level of protection against the acid attack from food. The evaporator is foamed inside the rear wall of the cold room and a motorised fan, located on the back inside the refrigerated compartment, ensures optimal distribution of the set temperature throughout the cold room.

The CFC-free, water-expanding polyurethane foam insulation of the tables has a thickness of 60 mm, enabling the tables to work optimally even at ambient temperatures of +40 °C.

Thanks to an innovative and user-friendly control system, temperature and operating parameters are easy to monitor and adjust.

The USB port, included as standard, enables quick and secure operation management, supporting firmware updates, as well as the import and export of parameters, recipes, languages, and HACCP data.

Guaranteed performance even under extreme conditions (up to +40 °C with a relative air humidity of 40 %) thanks to tropicalisation. Refrigerated cabinets operate perfectly even in high temperature environments. Ideal for professional kitchen environments.
