Electric cookers have round cast iron plates hermetically fixed on the top and are 180 mm and 220 mm in diameter, with 1.5 and 2.6 kW power respectively. Also available in upgraded versions with all 2.6 kW plates. Static or ventilated GN 1/1 electric oven with adjustable temperature from 110-280°C.


The plates are hermetically attached to the top, which has a vessel for collecting liquids and is completely smooth for easier cleaning.



The electric oven of GN 1/1 dimensions is equipped with armoured heating elements on the top and bottom with independent regulation and adjustable thermostat from 110 to 280°C.



Equipment is certified and compliant with the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU according to the international CB scheme
