Cooking tanks made of AISI 316 stainless steel (alloy
with exceptional corrosion resistance even at high temperatures) of large capacity (42 liters), molded with radiused inner corners for maximum hygiene and cleanability, equipped with foam expansion, with residual starch discharge device.
