MULTI COOKING BRATT PAN

The multifunction braising pan is the ideal equipment to be used as both a fry-top and a braising pan and is equipped with an AISI 304 stainless steel tank. Heating is by electric heating element with safety thermostat and operation indicator light. Drainage of the tank is by means of drain hole of appropriate diameter closed by a stainless steel plug.
