This Centro Tecnol\u00f3gico Especializado Industrial in Bombarral (Leiria), Portugal, recently did a big renovation of its premises, dedicating a large space to professional training in the kitchen, pastry, catering, bar, and tourism sectors.<\/p>

The project marks an important step forward in the modernization of Horeca training in Portugal, offering students teaching environments that faithfully reproduce the standards of professional kitchens. For FN hotelaria, it also represents a strategic intervention that strengthens its positioning as a reference partner for the implementation of major projects in the sector, thanks also to the collaboration with Baron Professional, a brand internationally recognized as synonymous of reliability, innovation and quality.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A real excellence within the new Portuguese vocational training centre is the educational kitchen, a concrete example of how even contained spaces can be transformed into high-performance environments without sacrificing aesthetics. The project was born from the close collaboration between partner FN Hotelaria and the technical office of Baron Professional, which developed a tailor-made solution able of optimizing every work area, ensuring ergonomics, operational fluidity and maximum functionality. The project was then shaped by the know-how of the Baron production site in Belluno, where manufacturing skills, attention to detail, and cutting-edge technologies allowed for the creation of a professional environment that combines high performance, reliability, and sophisticated design.
