Maurizio Bufi, born in Molfetta (Puglia), is Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred Il Fagiano restaurant inside the Grand Hotel Fasano<\/strong> in Gardone Riviera. After his studies at the Hospitality and catering school, he had several great experiences at Come Lake, on cruise ships and in Switzerland, before arriving at Garda Lake in 2008, where he participated in the opening of the Lefay Resort & Spa. In 2012, he took over the kitchen at Villa Giulia in Gargnano, earning his first Michelin star in 2017. Since 2021 he has been at the helm of the gastronomic proposal of the\u00a0Grand Hotel Fasano<\/a>, where he has obtained the Michelin Star at the restaurant\u00a0 Il Fagiano<\/a> during the 2024<\/strong>. Its cuisine combines the Mediterranean roots of Puglia with the flavors of Lake Garda, showcasing seasonality, excellent raw materials, and refined technique, balancing tradition and contemporary creativity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Located in the elegant setting of the Grand Hotel Fasano<\/strong> \u2013 historic residence overlooking the shores of Lake Garda, founded at the end of the 19th century as a hunting lodge for the Austrian imperial family and today a symbol of luxury hospitality \u2013 Il Fagiano interprets contemporary cuisine with a personal and recognizable style.<\/strong><\/p>

Lead by Chef Bufi, Il Fagiano<\/strong> proposes\u00a0 a cuisine that combines Mediterranean roots and the Garda area ingredients, where technique, creativity and respect for the raw material translate into dishes of great balance and elegance.
