COOKING MODES: 10 pre-programmed cooking modes identifiable by instant-start icons. Programmable memory from mode numbers 11 to 89 in automatic sequence (up to 4 cycles). All programmes in the memory can be associated with any of the icons in order to create a favourites list. Manual cooking with three cooking modes: Convection from 30°C to 260°C, Steam from 30°C to 130°C, Combination Convection + Steam from 30°C to 260°C. Programming that can be used to work with 4 cycles in automatic sequence and that can be memorised for automatic cooking. Internal temperature controlled cooking with a probe (optional). CLIMA, automatic measurement and control system for humidity levels in the cooking chamber. OPERATION: Electronic Touch sensitive control panel. High-visibility alphanumeric display.
